During Samoan Language Week, we learned all about Samoa and some legends of Samoa. We learned about Sina and the Eel. We made a Siapo and we made a Hub Tapa Cloth, using patterns and designs of the Samoan culture.We learned some Samoan words and phrases. We watched and listened to some Samoan songs and we learned some new songs and dances. we learned some facts like when there was a tsunami that killed lost of people.
